We are pleased to announce a series of meditation classes this term each Wednesday between 2.30 and 3.30 pm in the Multi Faith Centre (starting on Wednesday 22nd January), facilitated by Keith Munnings, Buddhist faith consultant.

The content of the sessions will include learning more about practicing a number of mindfulness meditation practices.

The sessions will also help develop an appreciation of how Buddhism has informed the greater availability of mindfulness in a secular context.

You do not need to be a Buddhist to attend - everyone is welcome!
