Interfaith Week 2026 runs from 8 to 15 November and provides a national focus for strengthening interfaith relations and raising awareness of the diverse faith communities across the UK.
The MultiFaith Centre at the University of Derby is supporting Interfaith Week by hosting a number of free events. Students, staff and members of the community are invited to join us for a dance performance from Bayanihan Productions.
We are delighted to welcome the Bayanihan Productions Dance Group to the MultiFaith Centre.
Bayanihan is the spirit of cooperation and communal unity that supports the strong social bonds in Filipino culture. Bayanihan spirit brings individuals together to overcome challenges and celebrate triumphs. It fosters a sense of community and shared responsibility.
The dancers will be performing a variety of dances from their repertoire. Light refreshments will be available.
