Derby Community Iftar

Our Community Iftar is open to everyone. Join people of different walks of life, all faiths, and the simply inquisitive for an evening of unity and celebration.

We’re committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for everyone to come together and share in the spirit, warmth and hospitality of Ramadan whilst showcasing the diversity and strengths of our city’s Muslim communities.

It’s also a great opportunity to make connections for community harmony, spark new friendships, increase mutual understanding, or enrich your own spiritual journey.

We hope you’ll join us for an evening of good food, good company, and a meaningful exchange of culture and faith.

Join us from 6.30pm for a 7pm start. The evening will include music, community voices, and prayer before the breaking of the fast when dinner will be served.
