Women in Faith Network with special guests The High Sheriff of Derbyshire - Theresa Peltier and Derby’s very own Carnival Queen - Sam Hudson
We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Women in Faith Network, a ground-breaking initiative designed to foster dialogue, understanding, and collaboration among women from diverse faith backgrounds. We are honoured to welcome our distinguished guest, High Sheriff of Derbyshire, Theresa Peltier, to share her invaluable insights and experiences. Sam Hudson will share with us the history and significance of carnival. This event is not only a launch but also a tribute to Black History Month, acknowledging the rich histories and contributions of Black individuals in faith communities.
Aim of the event:
To cultivate conversations that celebrate and champion one another, allowing new relationships and networks to flourish.
